I had not realized that Motorola even made a stand-alone GPS unit. It was only by happenstance I noticed that my local Radio Shack was selling out the TN20's at a clearence price (somehow they just ran out of them, hmmm). A tool like this will eleviate so much stress and anxiety when we encounter construction, delays and get just plain ole lost! For a family like ours who enjoys the good old fashioned road trips this is a must have nifty gadget to have on board with us! Thank you so much for the opportunity to enter.I was actually looking for an inexpensive Tom Tom (or Garmin) for myself after getting a great deal on one here on EBay for my wife. Having this GPS unit in our vehicle will be a tremendous help in assisting us in getting to our destinations in the quickest most efficient manner. We always take at least 4-5 roadtrips per year. Some of them are not even on traditional roadmaps, yikes! And, when someone verbally provides me with directions, I am so bad at remembering them and following them as I am a visual person! This GPS system would give me such peace of mind in knowing that no matter how far we travel and how obscure a place we may find ourselves in, I will be able to safely and easily get my family back home! Also, my husband and I both have family that live out of state and they are spread out all across the country. There have been times where literally I have had absolutely no idea where were were, finding ourselves in towns I have never heard of before. I would love and really do need this MOTONAV TN20 GPS navigation system for our car so when we are on these wonderful spontaneous journeys in the country I can safely and easily navigate our way home without having to very frequently stop and ask for directions. These fun and very memorable experiences still stick in my head today and this is a pastime I now enjoy with my own 3 young children. We would drive miles and miles through rustic country roads and along the way she would find these adorable country stores and stop to let us kids buy “penny candy”.

Driving in ANY city would be so much easier with this unit. In times like this, when tensions and anxiety are at an all time high, a GPS navigation system, such as the MOTONAV TN20, would help to ease my mind. We have affectionately called these little trips, “Hurrications” which in 2005 lasted about 6 months for my family. At least once every few years, we find ourselves driving out of harms way to an unfamiliar city. Another fact of life here is evacuations. Even though I was born and raised here, the city streets always leave me lost. The streets of New Orleans are anything but easy to navigate.
